The grassroots trade union organizes health check-ups for more than 100 employees

On April 7, Mr. Le Chau Hoai Nhat, Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Lang Biang Land Tourism Services Co., Ltd. (located in Lang Biang Ward – Da Lat), said that the unit had coordinated with the enterprise to organize free health check-ups for union members and employees.

All union members and employees were screened for respiratory, cardiovascular, and eye diseases; at the same time, they received in-depth examinations for occupational diseases.

Based on the health check-up results, the medical team provided health care advice and prescribed medication for union members and employees when diseases were detected.

As a result, each union member and employee can adopt appropriate health care measures, ensuring good health for work and production.

This is a practical activity, demonstrating the care of the trade union organization for its members, helping employees clearly understand their health conditions.

Since the establishment of the trade union, the care, protection of legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees have been continuously improved.

"Thanks to that, union members and employees feel secure in their work, remain committed to the enterprise, and contribute to improving income," Mr. Nhat said.
